About the project

TELEHOUSE is the continuation of the successful development of the DOWNTOWN Dejvice business district in Prague 6 by the company BPD Development. The building is located in the proximity of Evropská třída (Avenue), next to the PPF Gate building.

TELEHOUSE offers 18,600 square metres of A-class office space on 6 floors and 1,163 square metres of retail space designed for services for the tenants, such as a canteen, a café or shops. The architect of the project is the renowned Prague studio SchindlerSeko architects, who designed the building in a way that meets all the requirements and international standards of future tenants.

DOWNTOWN Dejvice – Prague 6 is Prague´s newly established administrative and commercial location. The core of the “Downtown Dejvice” consists of the existing buildings of BLOX, PPF Gate and the Diplomat Hotel. The last object of the complex is TELEHOUSE, which is under construction just now. This exceptional location benefits not only from the perfect accessibility and proximity of the city centre, but also from the fact that it is surrounded by residential districts such as Hanspaulka, Střešovice, Ořechovka and Bubeneč, Dejvice, which are sought after locations for living.
